PRESSURE
Pressure measurement is the measurement of an applied force by a fluid (liquid or gas) on a surface. Pressure is typically measured in units of force per unit of surface area. Many techniques have been developed for the measurement of pressure and vacuum. Instruments used to measure and display pressure mechanically are called pressure gauges, vacuum gauges, or compound gauges.
3D INSTRUMENTS
Series 24 Accu-Drive
The Series 24 Accu-Drive pressure gauges incorporate the 3D Instruments signature "Direct Drive Difference" Inconel helical bourdon tube system. The "direct drive" concept couples the bourdon tube directly to the shaft-pointer, thereby streamlining the design and reducing the number of moving parts from approximately twelve down to one.
3D INSTRUMENTS
Series 25 Test Gauges
The Series 25 Accu-Drive pressure gauges utilize the finest materials of construction. Gauge case materials can be either ABS or 300 Series Stainless Steel. The bourdon tube is constructed of Inconel, a highly elastic material with excellent corrosion resistance. All other “wetted parts” are 316 Stainless Steel.
MERIAM
1120 Series Indicators Bellow Gauges
Indicator models 1123, 1124 and 1126 have 3”, 4½” and 6” dials
respectively. A variety of scales for differential pressure, flow and
level can be supplied. The 1120 Series is widely used in industrial
process plants, power plants, pollution control facilities and in the
cryogenic gas industry.
MERIAM
MGF16BN
The Meriam Instrument MGF16BN digital pressure gauge is designed to handle the demands of process pressure measurement. Pressure ranges are available to 5,000 PSIG at standard accuracy of ±0.25% of full scale.
MERIAM
1500 Digital Transmitters
Meriam 1500 Digital Transmitters are for high accuracy applications for OEM?s, on manufactured skids, in process control systems and plant instrumentation. RS-485 communications allows for easy configuration using a PC or laptop computer. The RS-485 addressable interface allows up to 32 devices to be networked together.
SCHMIERER
Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauges
The admissible ambient temperature of the pressure gauge is between -40°C and +80°C. The maximum temperature of the medium is +100°C for non-ferrous metal gauges and for UNI gauges +150°C. This can be however increased with the right diaphragm seal or cooling solution.
SCHMIERER
Diaphragm Pressure Gauges
With these pressure gauge it is possible to measure a pressure of up to 40 bar positive and up to 1 bar negative. The display accuracy is at ±1,6% of the upper range value but can be lowered for specialized applications.
SCHMIERER
Test Pressure Gauges
For the test pressure gauges we will be using special movements and bourdon tubes. The standard accuracy of the test pressure gauges is between ± 0,6% of the upper range value.. We also offer special versions with an accuracy of ± 0,25% and ± 0,1% of the upper range value.
SCHMIERER
Differential Diaphragm Pressure Gauges
Differential pressure gauges are especially well suited to measure gaseous and fluid mediums that also can be aggressive. The display accuracy is ± 1,6% from the upper range level.
BETA MARTEL
Pneumatic & Hydraulic
Hand Pumps MECP10K
The MECP Series of pneumatic and hydraulic test pumps are high-performance hand-operated pumps that allow the user to generate both pressure and vacuum for precise testing of pressure instrumentation including transmitters, pressure switches, etc.
